We have a team of seven going to Alaska in August for a missions trip. They will be working with Arctic Barnabas, some will be working at their base camp doing winter prep, (harvesting, canning, projects, etc.), some will be providing pastoral care for the long term missionaries working in the field. Cost per individual will be $1100 per person. To support the Alaska Missions, we ask for prayer for our missionaries, and we also have two upcoming ways to raise funds.

Community Yard Sale - Saturday, June 20th - 8am-4pm
Bring in items to sell right here at NHCC - all proceeds go to the Alaska Missions.
If you are considering a donation to the Community Yard Sale on June 20th, here are some Yard Sale Guidelines that we ask you to understand:
- All proceeds from the sale of the items donated will be used to support the Alaska Missions Team travel expenses
- If you have paper grocery bags to donate or plastic grocery bags, we can use those to put customers’ items in (I.e. fill a bag for $1 / $5, etc)
- Items must be in good, re-sellable condition (ask yourself if it would be something you would buy if you were interested)
- Items can be brought to the church starting Friday evening between 6pm - 8pm, or Saturday morning no earlier than 6:30am
- All donated items, if not priced by you, will be priced to sell by the Missions Team with the goal of “letting it go”
- We expect that any items remaining unsold at the end of the day will be disposed of - our event ends at 4pm
- If you are interested in helping us set up and be on-hand to assist with the day of, please leave your name and phone number with one of our team members at the info table on Sundays
