This Trauma Reboot course is specifically designed for First Responders who served our community during the recent Spokane wildfires. As you worked tirelessly to protect lives, homes, and neighborhoods, you may have experienced difficult situations, overwhelming emotions, or lasting stress. While the fires may be over, the impact of what you experienced may remain.
Whether you are struggling with the emotional weight of what you witnessed or simply need a place to process your experiences, this course offers a safe and supportive environment to find practical tools for healing and moving forward. You won't find shortcuts or easy answers, but you will discover meaningful strategies for navigating the effects of trauma.
You were there for our community. Now, we're here for you. Join us and discover that there is hope after trauma.
This is a 12-week course that will take place on Monday evenings beginning January 11th at 6p. Dinner, workbook, and childcare are provided. The cost has been covered, and is free to you.
